Ces i ddiwrnod gwych gyda Cymdeithion i fyny ac Oriel Myrddin yn Amgueddfa Sir Gaerfyrddin ddoe.
I fyny yw cynllun datblygu artistiaid ar gyfer artistiaid ar ddechrau eu gyrfa yn rhedeg gan Oriel Myrddin mewn partneriaeth â Ysgol Gelf Caerfyrddin.
Nod y cynllun yw meithrin talent greadigol a cyfarparu y cymdeithion i fyny dethol gyda’r sgiliau a chyfleoedd gallu addilyn hyfy a sylfaen Gymreig.
Roeddem yn meddwl am brosiect Cragen Beca a’r hyn y gellid ei ddysgu o’r ffordd y datblygodd fel prosiect cymunedol gyda llawer o bartneriaid, cefnogwyr a chydweithredwyr.

I spent a brilliant day with the i fyny associates and Oriel Myrddin at Carmarthenshire Museum yesterday.
i fyny is Oriel Myrddin’s artist development scheme for early career artists run in partnership with Carmarthen School of Art. The scheme aims to nurture creative talent and equip the selected i fyny associates with the skills and opportunities to pursue viable and sustainable careers from a Welsh base.
We were thinking about the Cragen Beca project and what learnings there may be in the way it developed and grew as an artist led community facing project with lots of partners, supporters and collaborators.
What a brilliant group of artists and what a great programme for supporting talented creatives in Carmarthenshire.
